Accessing Your Notebook and Submitting Assignments

Being part of a course that is using LabArchives allows you to have your own copy of the course’s electronic lab notebook. There are two ways to access your notebook:

  1. Without Canvas, by going directly to LabArchives and finding it in My Notebooks area.
  2. Through Canvas, by going to your Canvas course space, and opening an assignment that has been connected to LabArchives.

While there is no guarentee that your course is using Canvas with LabArchives, it’s likely to be common. Because of this, we have linked to the guide for accessing and submitting LabArchives assignments through Canvas below. It’s important that you use this mothod exclusively if your course has LabArchives connected to the Canvas course space. Please confirm with your instructor how they would like for you to access LabArchives and submit assignments.
