EEE+ FINAL EVALUATIONS MANAGER
About the Tool
The EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager is a homegrown web application that provides UCI schools and departments the ability to conduct official teaching evaluations on behalf of instructors and teaching assistants.
Results from evaluations conducted via the EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager are available to the individuals evaluated, the affiliated school and/or department administrators, and in EaterEvals (Senate faculty only).
Memorandum of Understanding
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlines the policies and processes governing the EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager.
Results
The current CSV provided by EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager includes the following columns:
- Eval ID: the unique identifier for the evaluation
- Information on person being evaluated
- UCInetID
- Name
- Employee ID
- Campus ID
- Information on course being evaluated
- Course Code
- Enrollment Count
- Department
- Number
- Title
- Type
- Section
- Cross-listed sections
- Quarter
- Information on evaluation
- Template name
- Window start
- Window end
- # of responses
- Response rate
- Responses in Answer Values (Answer Text) format

This output format is intended to be as similar to the CSV download format provided by the EEE Legacy Department Evaluations tool, but there may be differences.
Legacy Evaluations Results
Results for evaluations conducted in the retired EEE Department Evaluations Tool are available via the Reports tab for administrators. Downloads are provided for both PDF and CSV results.
FORMS
The EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager provides three templates to all groups using the tool. Samples of each form are provided below.

Custom Forms
The system also provides tools to add questions to the above forms or create entirely custom forms, including several question types:
- Multiple choice or select questions
- Text response questions
- Grid questions
The form builder also supports adding in large text, paragraphs of text, and horizontal line dividers.
Showcases & Webinars
The EEE team has conducted several showcases and webinars for EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager. Recordings of those will be provided below in early 2022.
What happened to the EEE Department Evaluations tool?
The EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager replaces the existing EEE Legacy Department Evaluations tool which has been in use since 2002 and was retired in 2020.
The new tool has been built to minimize the amount of disruption to end users; the overall workflow to manage evaluations, monitor evaluations, and retrieve results has been enhanced based upon user feedback, but should be familiar to those who used the older tool.
All historic evaluations data from the EEE Legacy Department Evaluations tool have been migrated into the EEE+ Final Evaluations Manager at the conclusion of the pilot. Instructors and tool administrators will be able to access all this historic data via the new tool.
